He earned a Master of International Law and Economics (magna cum laude) from the University of Bern’s World Trade Institute, a Master of International Relations (cum laude) from the Sapienza, Università di Roma, and a Bachelor in Political Science - International Relations.
Mr. Marongiu is a citizen of Italy.
