Marie WILKE is International Trade Law Programme Officer at ICTSD. Previously, she was a fellow of the Robert Bosch Young Expert Programme in International Affairs. In that capacity she worked for the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), Trade Negotiation and Commercial Diplomacy Branch and for the German Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology, Trade Policy Branch. She earned a LL.M. in International Law (summa cum laude) with a major in Dispute Settlement and International Investment and Trade Law from Helsinki University, and a LL.B. in Comparative and European Law at Hanse Law School (Cooperation of the Universities of Bremen, Oldenburg, Groningen and Sheffield). She is citizen of Germany.
