Natalia CUBILLA is Global Platform Dialogue Coordinator and Special Assistant to Managing Director / Director of Operations. Initially Ms Cubilla joined ICTSD as Human Resources Officer. Previously, she worked as assistant-accountant at Northern Assurances Co., and at TOTAL Oil Company. Ms. Cubilla holds a Diplôme d’employée de commerce et de gestion. She is a citizen of Argentina.
