Robert OMAN is Finance and Management Systems Manager at ICTSD. Prior to joining the Organisation, he consulted for six years for the International Finance Corporation at the World Bank on environmental finance projects. In California he managed both private and cooperative agricultural enterprises for 15 years. Mr. Oman holds a BSc in Business Administration from California State University, Humboldt and was subsequently licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in California with PriceWaterhouse. He is of American nationality.
