By Deborah Murphy and Jessica Boyle for the International Institute for Sustainable Development (May 2012). The paper examines the implications of the inclusion of text on agriculture in the outcome of the Work of the Ad Hoc Working Group on Long-term Cooperative Action under the Convention (AWG-LCA) at last year’s UNFCCC Conference of the Parties (COP) in Durban. The paper also reviews submissions on agriculture to the UNFCCC secretariat for consideration under the Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice (SBSTA).
