The Commonwealth Secretariat in collaboration with ICTSD will present the key research findings from their joint publication on trade, climate change and sustainable development: key issues for small states, least developed countries, and vulnerable economies. The session will also explore how these issues might evolve post-Copenhagen, including a consideration on the essential need for effective financing mechanisms for utilization by the most vulnerable.
