The goal of CRLTAP is to protect the human environment by gradually reducing and preventing air pollution, including long-range transboundary air pollution. At this meeting, parties aim to review and revise past protocols, such as the Protocols on Persistent Organic Pollutants and Heavy Metals, and implementing these new changes. The work plan for the coming year will be discussed and current projects will be assessed.
