Dr. Maximiliano CHAB was Regionalism Programme Officer. Dr. Chab first joined ICTSD in 2005 as a Young Professional Officer for the Americas Trade Programme and later became the Editor of PUENTES and PONTES publications.

Before joining ICTSD, Dr. Chab obtained a law Degree from the University of Buenos Aires and then worked as Attorney in Commercial Law in Argentina for three years before doing a PhD in Economic Law and taking up a fellowship at the Centre for International Environmental Law (CIEL), Geneva Office.
