The aim of this meeting is to give an overview of, and exchange information on, COP 15 and trade issues (including BCAs, technology transfer, agriculture, international transportation, financing). The focus will be on a) transfer of technology and trade in climate-friendly goods, and; b) domestic and regional climate policies in the absence of a global accord on targets.
