29 May, Geneva, Switzerland. LIMITATIONS AND EXCEPTIONS TO COPYRIGHT - RECENT DEVELOPMENTS AND THE WAY FORWARD. This dialogue, jointly organised by ICTSD and the UN Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), will take place as a side event to the WIPO Standing Committee on Copyright and Related Rights (SCCR) on 29 May 2009. Discussion will focus on innovative ideas of how to promote creativity in the digital environment and strike an appropriate balance between the interests of copyright holders and users.
