The Documents page represents an attempt to collect the most relevant documents which help to better understand the discussion developing in the lead-up to the Fourth WTO Ministerial Conference in Doha (9-13 November 2001). The list includes important documents from the WTO Secretariat and WTO Members as well as position papers of other groups. The page does not pretend to depict all the gradation of positions of the delegations (142 Members and some 650 NGOs) that will take part to the Ministerial.
