About the China Programme
In an effort to make China’s trade supportive of sustainable development, ICTSD’s China Programme embraces a FORESEE (4C) strategy: Communication, Collaboration, Capacity and Contribution. These main pillars are executed through programmatic activities including the Bridges in Chinese website; partnerships with think tanks, academics, private industry and civil society; and sharp analysis, research and policy consultations.
One of the important China programs in ICTSD is the Bridges China Dialogue. It takes place each year. Through strong partnership with the business community, academia and policymakers from China and around the world, the Bridges China Dialogue series helps the international community to gain in-depth insights into policy and market developments in China, explore investment opportunities in sustainable and clean technology projects, and deepen collaboration with Chinese business, government and other relevant stakeholders.
