In a policy-oriented way, ICTSD’s Programme on Dispute Settlement analyzes and discusses the evolution of international trade jurisprudence and its impact on sustainable development, especially in the domestic policy and rule making of developing countries.
In this context, the DS Programme publishes case briefs on WTO jurisprudence that translate WTO decisions into non-legalistic language, allowing one to draw wider conclusions from particular cases.
