In a policy-oriented way, ICTSD’s International Trade Law Programme analyzes and discusses the evolution of international trade jurisprudence and its impact on sustainable development, especially in the domestic policy and rule making of developing countries.
In this context, the Programme regularly reports as part of ICTSD’s periodicals and publishes case briefs on WTO jurisprudence that translate WTO decisions into non-legalistic language, allowing one to draw wider conclusions from particular cases.
This is mainly reflected in ICTSD’s periodicals such as Bridges Weekly and BioRes.
