About the Services Programme

ICTSD’s programme on Trade in Services, Labour Mobility and Sustainable Development aims to empower developing country policy-makers through information, dialogue, capacity building, and well-targeted research, to influence the international services trading system so that it furthers the total trade flow in services sectors and advances the goal of sustainable development.
